Accepted & unaccepted reasons for return

Terms & conditions of returns:

  • The product must be returned within 30 days of purchase - we cannot accept returns later than this
  • Products must be returned in original condition & packaging


Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for products that fall under the following categories:

  1. Contact latex gloves with protective palm plastic removed (including damage to the latex upon removing the plastic)
  2. Gloves with Glove ID (unless the glove has a genuine defect or fault upon arrival)
  3. Products returned after 30 days since purchase
  4. Gloves with wear or deterioration that is deemed fair use - latex is a natural material that can and will experience wear from the very first use, the level of wear will vary per keeper depending on their age, technique, playing surface and much more
  5. Gloves with wear or deterioration caused by not preparing and caring for them in line with the glove care instructions
  6. Gloves not purchased from or our international sister sites (USA and AUS)


All our gloves are crafted by hand (with the help of some glove bots). We produce over a hundred thousand pairs every year so every now and then some faulty ones will sneak through, in which case we'll be on hand to assess your case and either refund, replace or award some form of credit.

  1. Gloves arriving with a genuine fault in the construction including:
    • Open stitching/holes 
    • Twisted fingers
    • An issue with the internal construction causing scratching or irritation
  2. Wrong items or sizes delivered
  3. Gloves unused and in original packaging within 30 days of purchase 
  4. Gloves where the grip/latex is not performing after properly activating and pre-washing
