Terms & conditions of returns:

  • The product must be returned within 30 days of purchase - we cannot accept returns later than this
  • Products must be returned in original condition & packaging

Unfortunately, we cannot refund:

  • Shipping costs
  • Contact latex gloves with protective palm plastic removed (including damage to the latex upon removing the plastic)
  • Gloves with Glove ID (unless the glove has a genuine defect or fault upon arrival)
  • Products returned after 30 days since purchase
  • Gloves with wear or deterioration that is deemed fair use - latex is a natural material that can and will experience wear from the very first use, the level of wear will vary per keeper depending on their age, technique, playing surface and much more (please see our glove care page HERE for more information)
  • Gloves with wear or deterioration caused by not preparing and caring for them in line with the glove care instructions on the packaging
  • Orders that have been lost by couriers due to an incorrect address being entered by the customer.


Please note that returns should be sent using a tracked service.

If you choose to send the return untracked, you will remain responsible for the item(s) until we receive them, and we will not be liable for providing a refund if we do not receive your item(s).


How long does it take to process my return?

Your return will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the item(s), or, in the event that we do not receive your returned item(s), within 14 days of you providing us with proof of return via one of our chosen carriers. It could then take up to 10 additional days for the refund to make its way through the banking system.


What shall I do if my return isn't actioned? 

If you haven't received your refund/exchange within 14 days of delivery to our returns department then please email support@theoneglove.com stating your order number and the item(s) you returned.

Please include your tracking with proof of delivery and we will locate your return.


Where we suspect fraudulent activity, including but not limited to circumstances where there are suspicious claims relating to orders having been placed, but not received, or if we suspect that you are returning items after they have been used or worn, or items returned do not match what you ordered, we reserve the right to withhold refunds and block your account (and any associated accounts) from placing orders in future. If this happens to you and you think we’ve made a mistake, you can Contact Us and we will discuss the matter with you further.
